Currently obsessing over the chic and sophisticated look of open shelves in lieu of upper cabinets in the kitchen.  What keeps me from ripping the doors off my own cabinets is the possibility of dusty dishes and what I know would be an obsessive need to keep the crockery stacked to "photo op" perfection.  And yet, the look is just so completely appealing! What are your thoughts on this pressing matter?
