I love how all of these rooms are so pulled together without looking too contrived or fussy. As did my second.  Like most rentals, paint colors came at a fee and wallpaper was pretty much discouraged. Confined to our plain white box, I dreamed of owning a house of my own one day and covering every surface with paint and prints.  Fast forward to today, and that's exactly what we did. So naturally, white walls are now calling my name!  Apparently, I now adore this look. When done right with a little imagination and colorful pops of furniture and accessories, plain white rooms can look very warm and inviting.  In particular, I love the look of black accents in this context. I think <a href="http://www.zhush.com/" target="_blank">my shop</a> could use a little artwork to round off our selection of home decor, and topping off this list is <a href="https://www.spicherandco.com/home.php?cat=1004" target="_blank">Spicher and Co.</a>  The artist/owner's home (shown here) was featured in <a href="http://www.countryliving.com/" target="_blank">Country Living</a>, last year.
