Fall's Final Fadeout

It reminded me of a painting. I didn't have my camera with me, but I was able to capture this moment with my trusty I-phone (I love that phone).<br /><br /><br />Even though the calendar is telling me we have several more weeks of Autumn left, it already feels like Winter to me. Here in the Northeast we are now past "prime" foliage, and its only the lone Maples that are still holding on to their final blaze of color . It won't be long before the neighborhood begins to look like a big black and white photo.
